At the onset of the world wide web, CEO Matt Arnold began his task of understanding and creating effective websites for clients. Beyond websites, the last decade has seen rapid changes in the fields of technology and electronics. Being very passionate about all things technical, Matt embraced these changes easily and his drive toward innovation keeps him at the top of his game.

As a part time employee at Best Buy during college, Matt was encouraged to prejudge customers based on their appearance and demeanor and then load their "baskets" with unnecessary items. As an entrepreneur, Matt believes in the healthy, reciprocal relationship that can be formed between a local small business, its patrons and the community as a whole.

Rival Vision has been a member of the Manette Business Association, a group dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the unique neighborhood of Manette as a vital and thriving retail and cultural center. Megan Arnold, Matt's wife and business partner, held the position of secretary and, in addition to providing creative input at Rival Vision, is a driving force behind several community events for the MBA and the Kitsap County Historical Society.
